Class Action Lawsuits
Class Actions involve the bringing of a lawsuit by one or more persons (usually designated as a class representative) on behalf of a large group of others in a similar situation. These types of cases frequently involve complicated procedural legal issues.
This firm has extensive class action experience in the area of admiralty and maritime law. The first ever class action in admiralty was handled by a member of the firm. Since then, many class action claims in admiralty and maritime have been filed and handled by our firm. In addition, class action work in other areas has also been filed such as air crashes and product liability actions.
