We are proud to announce the promotion of one of our most well-liked and experienced attorneys, Jacqueline Garcell, to senior partner. About Attorney Alex Perez

Attorney Alex Perez has more than seven years of experience focusing his career on complex maritime accident and injury claims. He graduated from Tulane Law School where he won the Charles Kohlmeyer Jr. Award for Top Maritime Scholar – setting his sights on becoming a premier maritime lawyer before having graduated.

He is licensed to practice in all Florida appellate, state, and federal courts. He has extensive experience handling international arbitration due to his extensive work handling cruise ship accident lawsuits across the world.  Alex’s results in his recent years of practice have been incredible!

About Attorney Daniel Grammes

Attorney Daniel Grammes has been focusing on personal injury, maritime, and admiralty law for more than 5 years. He regularly handles cruise ship crewmember accidents, cruise ship passenger injuries, wrongful death lawsuits, and non-maritime personal injury cases. His outstanding results are representative on an attorney with far more experience than Dan.  As such, there was no question that Attorney Grammes should be promoted to partner.

He graduated magna cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate, graduating in the top 5% of his class. He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients over his career and has an impressive résumé, which includes experience working for the Third District Court of Appeal, and serving as a judicial intern for Honorable Judge Thomas Logue.
