LM&W has filed a lawsuit on behalf of a client who was run over by a boat after completing a dive while scuba diving. In March 2020, Sean and Mollie Flynn boarded a scuba diving charter, operated by Florida Scuba Charters Inc. After completing their dive, Sean and Mollie surfaced and were waved over to the boat indicating it was safe for them to approach and re-board. While Sean and Mollie were at the back of the boat, the Captain inexplicably put the boat in reverse and ran them over. Both were sucked under and Mollie got caught in the propellers and was killed. We look forward to fighting for justice for Mollie’s tragic, preventable death.
